Residents must provide proof of residency, specifically, a driver's license and original vehicle registration, both with the same name and address within city limits. Copies of any paperwork are not accepted.

Parking Information Beach Parking Permits All Collier County property taxpayers and full-time residents are eligible to receive an annual permit to park on all beaches in the City of Naples and County Residents of the City of Naples can get a free annual parking permit on the City Hall beach at 735 8th Street South. Residents pay beach permits in their property taxes and can pick up a beach sticker at any community center in a Collier County park.Collier County residents (outside city limits) can get a free Collier County beach parking permit at most Collier County community parks, including Freedom Memorial Park on Golden Gate Parkway and Collier County Public Library at 650 Central Avenue. However, I just checked the government website for Naples and Collier parks, and both websites indicate that non-residents are not yet able to obtain Collier Beach parking passes. Beach parking permits should be securely attached to the inside of the windshield in the lower corner of the driver's side of the vehicle. Beach Parking with a Disability Decal Any disability permit holder can park in any space without payment, in accordance with Florida Statute 316, 1964.
